Kelli Roach serves as General Counsel of Black Mountain Sand. Over the past 20 years, Kelli has helped both public and private companies navigate through transitions and ever-changing business landscapes; consistently called upon for her perspective and guidance on matters of risk management/mitigation, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

A recognized expert in the energy industry, she most recently was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a private equity-backed oil & gas exploration and production company where she oversaw land, infrastructure development, human resources, administrative, legal and corporate matters.

Kelli holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and an M.A. in International Management and B.A. in Government and Politics, both from the University of Texas at Dallas.
