Cynthia Jaggi serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to BMS, Cynthia was a Principal at NGP Energy Capital Management where she supported portfolio companies. Cynthia has many years of engineering experience in senior operating positions in midstream and refining companies. A chemical engineer by background, she spent 13 years in senior operations with EnLink Midstream, a large publicly traded midstream company and had prior experience with Exxon Mobil in their refining operations. Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri School of Science and Technology.
