This year, we have official rolled out our Safe for Life program. It is a constant reminder that safety is a continuous commitment to do things the right way, every day.
The following Safe for Life Behaviors are the backbone of our safety program. Each month we focus on a behavior across the company, including a detailed review at our monthly safety meetings. When training is complete, employees receive a corresponding safety sticker for their hard hats. We also have these posted at each mine on signs, posters, and wallet cards. Black Mountain Sand is committed to safety and health with a fundamental belief that the best mines are the safest mines and all accidents are preventable.
