Around mid-2018, we officially rolled out our Safe for Life program. It serves as a constant reminder that safety is a continuous commitment to do things the right way, every day.
As part of our program, our Safety Team is rolling out a 6-part blog series over the next couple of weeks. We want to give you an inside look at our practices in hopes of highlighting the importance of safety. They will describe each behavior and discuss how we implement them into our daily work, including procedures, training, materials, and other methods of application.
SAFE FOR LIFE BEHAVIORS
These Safe for Life Behaviors are the backbone of our safety program. With a commitment to safety and health, we have a fundamental belief that the best mines are the safest mines and all accidents are preventable.
